WHAT YOU NEED


Makes 4 cups

  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds

  • 1/2 tsp coriander seeds

  • 1/2 tsp fennel seeds

  • 5 cups of water


METHOD

  1. Place all ingredients in a small saucepan and on the stove.

  2. Bring to the boil, then reduce to a rapid simmer for 2-5 minutes, or until at strength that is suitable for your needs.

  3. Strain and serve immediately, either in individual cups or sip throughout the day in a thermos.
